This place use to really be my go to place (I’ve been with since Jefferson street). Back in April I have a very bad experience with one of the office staff members. She did not listen to me and made take an unnecessary trip to the ER. When I was able to see the doctor I was dismissed and a endoscopy and colonoscopy was refused to be scheduled for me cause I received one a few years back. Long time patient I have been understanding and trying to give him breaks, however, he is not available if you need to be seen more quickly, and his response was go to the ER. No bloodwork prescribed. My specialist asked why my primary doctor didn’t prescribe the bloodwork and the Existing medication I was on unfortunately they were on vacation. They said that would have been the typical response .
