Ask for Jerry. He is top notch -- very helpful & knowledgeable. He drove all the way to east Alabama to repair our range.
Did not show for appointment. I called and person said she had not heard from them all day. Did not know what happened. Did not offer to rebook or return my call. Negative customer service.
I've used Dacor Service Atlanta twice. I can not say enough about our service tech. Jerry is very knowledgeable about the Dacor product line and has been servicing Dacor products for 16 years. He taught me a lot about my downdraft system and even corrected a problem I had from the original installation that made it run like a new appliance. I highly recommend this business and if you are ever in need of a Dacor service tech. ask for Jerry. He will take excellent care of your product
