Do not come in with high expectations of this developer or their people, happy to take your money and run - service is non-existent and your left disappointed by unfulfilled promises. Have been chasing my landscaping rebate for 4 months and after confirming that my submission had been processed and ready for deposit of funds I am still waiting, calls and emails being ignored. Would suggest you consider strongly before jumping into a deal with Dacland.
