We have been taking our vehicles to Dack Auto for years due to their good honest work. We know we won't be charged unnecessary fees and often refer Dack to friends and acquaintances looking for a place for auto repair and maintenance. We will definitely continue to take our cars to Dack knowing we can count on good honest work.
Took my car to them because it was having overheating issues and it tended to jump when I would be stopped at a light or stop sign. A spark plug wasn't in correctly so he fixed that and there was a block in my radiator. I had another estimate from another auto shop of 1,030 dollars to fix it. Turns out it really only needed a new thermostat, and a few other things done to it. I didn't have to spend 1,000 that I didn't have. I will definitely be taking my cars back to Dack.
Not only is it a pain to have to drop your car off in the first place then find a ride back to work but doing it for a second or third time is even worse! I brought my trailblazer in to get new brake pads, rotors rotated, and 4 new tires put on. Now my brakes squeal. After taking it up there the 2nd time to get fixed they squeal even more. So now I am contemplating just swallowing the money that I wasted on them and taking it somewhere else. Very displeased!

I've had work done there a number of times on 3 different cars, and can say without question they have never tried to rip me off. The owner is nothing else if not honest, and has a rep for that. When they weren't able to repair something they said so and didn't charge me for their time attempting to diagnose it.
