Dacia has been doing my hair for six years. Wonderful hairstylist! Very accommodating when it comes to making appointments/most last minute appointments. She is extremely professional and is always about her business. Also, she’s great with natural hair care. My hair is now very healthy. Overall a great experience!
Great stylists, great location, not so good with customer service…and I CANNOT go back anymore!!!! First things first: You will NEVER be seen on time! I have waited 2 hours to be seen with a standing appointment. This place also overbooks, so you may be left sitting with wet water running down your back while the owner dyes the next clients hair. Today was the last straw for me. After calling in to cancel because I’m sick, I was told I’d have to pay a $30 fee and have never missed an appointment in 3 years! The irony is that... read more
