I have orderd 3 harnesses from them. 2 of them are perfect. The last one is made of poor quality. The binding doesnt overlap the fabric, there is a gap on all 4 sides. I have contactet customer service twice, got one responds to email pictures, what I did. Havent heard from them since. The harnesses are expensive and I was expecting better quality and better customer service. Will not order from the company again.
