Bought a very modest, new to me Skoda Citigo in May. All the staff were brilliant (and patient cos I had my 20 month old Granddaughter with me when I went to collect it - 'Wreckit Rita'!!). Steve was so lovely, not pushy and gave me time to make (what for me) was a big decision. However, I realised during the hot weather that the air con was blowing out hot air, but it was resolved today (new air con pump fitted under warranty).
