Dave was responsive, thorough, communicative, and set on finding the least-cost solution for us. We hired him to fix one problem, and he ended up fixing about five; including a serious non-compliance that had not been picked up (or raised with us) by other plumbers that have worked on the property and had the potential to cause serious damage.
