I was totally stiffed by this company. Scheduled installation for lighting and fans. Rearranged my schedule to accommodate their availability. They never showed up. I never received a call to let me know. When I called, I was told they “ dropped the ball”. Very unprofessional. I WOULD NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!
I was searching for a backup generator and saw that DAC had just received 3. I contacted John via phone and made arrangements for it to be delivered the next day. He went above and beyond placing it in the garage until it’s installed. It was not an easy delivery for one person but he was on time and very kind considering he was also feeling a bit under the weather. Thank you for the great service!
