I've done business with these folks for many years & each transaction has been a pleasure, no issues at all.
Poor return policy. They also have a minimum order value. You can't initiate a return without having to contact them. Please try to shop elsewhere. The item I needed cost $8 but I had to spend $50 just to entertain them. This is foolish and an easy way to lose customers. Charge what you need for an item and then charge $4-$5 for shipping if it's a small item.
