Macon Regional Airport ....WE NEED THIS! I have to give a HUGE shoutout to Macon Regional Airport! The facility was clean, comfortable, friendly, and so easy to navigate. Parking was quick, easy, and affordable, and there was none of the stress you get at a larger airport. We flew Contour to Fort Lauderdale, and being able to leave right here in Macon was such a convenience! Middle Georgia Regional Airport offers a genuinely quaint and refreshingly smooth travel experience that completely eliminates the typical stress of commercial flying. From check-in to boarding, the process is effortless and worry-free. However, every single time I have traveled through this facility, there has been an issue with my checked baggage.
