This is the third or fourth time I have used Clive. This time to replace a leaking shower unit sunken behind tiles. As always Clive gave upfront a number of options on the ways he could address the issue and costs. His work is always reliable and his attention to detail and high standard of finish is a key reason for me returning to him. Great plumbing company in Ashtead.
Having used Clive before and found him to be excellent we once again employed him to detect a water leak from our upstairs bathroom that was creating a damp patch onto the kitchen ceiling below. His work on leak detection, repair and then restoring the ceiling to a condition where you wouldn't know the leak had happened was brilliant. Clive engaged very quickly after I requested a quotation for the work. The price he gave me was based on a day rate plus material (replacement shower unit). He was very flexible when I had to move the start date and has remained very friendly and has communicated well over the 4 days of the work being done. The current shower unit had to be removed including some of the shower unit fascia tiles, then the new shower replumbed, impacted tiles replaced plus grouting and silicone seals. I was wanting a new shower, new toilet and radiator to help with making it easy to get in and out of my existing shower. From initial discussions with Clive he listened carefully and the wok was completed professional Whilst completing the project Clive was clean and tidy. The work was completed to a high standard and beautifully decorated and has very much improved the look of the bathroom which I look forward to using soon.
