We had an amazing experience with Dave and his company. The work is very high quality. While Dave’s estimated price came in the middle of 5 contractors- we trusted his honesty, earnestness, patience in explaining prices, and his proposed schedule. In fact- Dave finished 2 weeks early AND we paid the price that was quoted (other than a little extra bonus for finishing early and another project I tacked on). Dabney General Contractors did a master suite/kitchen renovation on my home last year. Dave and his team were professional and courteous the entire time. They stayed within budget and on time! If any unforeseen costs came up (which they always do) he would review with me and get my approval before moving forward. I would highly recommend Dabney GC and will definitely be using them again for my future projects!
