Kaitlyn and clay were so amazing of a team that reduced my estimate from 47000 to 20000 which should have alerted me that I am not dealing with an honest company which gives me three days to cancel my which I did the first time then I called Kaitlyn again and started another contract but I discovered a plumbing leak which forced me to call the contractor the second time to cancel they have refused and charged me for 5000 dollars for doing absolutely nothing don’t stand but run from this company
We chose DaBella expecting quality workmanship and strong customer service, but our experience was disappointing. The biggest issue wasn’t the installation itself—it was that what was communicated during the sales process did not match what we later found in the contract. Simon was great. He gave me the best quote. If you have any problem with your roof, he is the right guy. Very knowledgeable and honestly he is an asset.
Jeremy and Niko met with my husband and I on several occasions and were flexible and generous with their time. They were easy to talk with and made sure that my husband and I fully understood what sets DaBella apart from the competition. Getting new siding and windows is a whole new experience for us and they made it less stressful with their expertise and kindness.
