Dabella helped me with financing for a new roof. The reps were very polite and professional. I do not know much about roofs so I appreciate the time they took to show me exactly what materials they will put up there. Logan and Miranda made it easy to understand.
Kaitlyn and clay were so amazing of a team that reduced my estimate from 47000 to 20000 which should have alerted me that I am not dealing with an honest company which gives me three days to cancel my which I did the first time then I called Kaitlyn again and started another contract but I discovered a plumbing leak which forced me to call the contractor the second time to cancel they have refused and charged me for 5000 dollars for doing absolutely nothing don’t stand but run from this company
We chose DaBella expecting quality workmanship and strong customer service, but our experience was disappointing. The biggest issue wasn’t the installation itself—it was that what was communicated during the sales process did not match what we later found in the contract.
