I hate having to give such a bad review but I feel I should warn other people not to waste their time with this company. We contacted them about replacing the windows of a condo we purchased in Flagstaff. I made the appointment on a Tues afternoon for that Thurs morning. No one showed up and I was told they canceled my appointment because they couldn't confirm it (no message was left, no email, no text). Noah came by to talk to us about our windows and couple months ago. Chris had knocked on our door originally and we thought why not. These windows have been a game changer. They have helped so much with the cooling in the summer with our old hvac system. Im very happy to of had this company stop by my house
