DEFINITELY SHOP AROUND! Their whole business model is to dupe homeowners who don’t know any better into paying WAY over market rate. Prices are outrageous. Done be a sucker. I had a pretty bad experience with DaBella and did not end up using them, but I wanted to make sure to warn unsuspecting homeowners about their business model. I have had the privilege of working with Shane Moynihan and Jeannette Hovey. The are very nice and are very professional. They are very professional and know what they are doing. It has been a pleasure to work with them and I very much trust their product with its warranty and quality of manufacturing. So far they have been amazing.
Nolan and Jeannette were awesome & very informative about my window replacement! I am excited to have it completed before winter.
The job was done well. My frustration is we need help after the fact...and it is really hard to get in contact with someone from customer service:(
