Had them come out to our home for a quote. Spent 30 minutes looking at the house and then proceeded to spend 30 minutes selling me on the company and product. Finally I wasn’t sure at what point they get to an actual quote and told them I was out of time. No one wants to sit there and listen to a sales pitch for 30 minutes. Spend a few minutes on your company and product and then give me a number. I will say they have nailed all the traditional sales techniques.
Great experience David was awesome and thorough with his presentation. Dave was very professional and honest in sharing the information. There was no time in the evening that we felt a high pressure sale and we actually enjoyed our time together.
The sales guy that came to my house was super nice and the product that we talked about seemed genuinely well made but in the end it didn't work out to buy from them and it's genuinely been a nightmare ever since. While things were initially good, since saying no I get up to 3 calls a day, everyday of the week from different numbers each time making it impossible to block.
