Had A. Simmons stop by today to do an evaluation of our roof. He showed up early, super personable and explained everything really well. We did not feel pushed to buy and he worked with us and made sure we felt comfortable with every step. Will update review after the roof is completely. But so far we are pretty happy with everything.
I wish I could I give individual ratings because the initial sales representative, Tomas Torres, who came out to speak with my dad was kind, thorough and professional and I would give him 5 stars. He agreed to come by a second time to discuss things further with me since my 84 year old relies on me quite a bit when making big decisions. Today we met with Joseph and Tomas about updating our roof and siding. They were very informative, kind, respectful, and helpful. There was a lot of information to review but they wanted to make sure they answered all our questions and that the project would meet our needs and fit our budget.
