1 Star From the very beginning, I felt pressured. They wanted to send someone out immediately to give me a quote for my roof. I finally agreed because I had a 30-minute opening at 6:00 p.m. The salesperson was very nice and polite, but before we even got started, I clearly told her that I was only looking for a quote and would make my decision tomorrow after I had time to think about it. Scam call tactics, calling all hours of the day and night. Hiring a 3rd party to see if my phone number is a working line is what started the harassment. I wouldn’t trust them to fix a crooked picture frame nevermind a roof, oh then bathtub installation. Aggressive and harassing, claiming I requested work to be done, asked them how and when did I request that and person couldn’t give a straight answer.
If we could give Marlena more than five stars, we would. She’s the definition of exceptional service — patient, knowledgeable, and truly invested in helping her customers. She stayed late just to make sure we felt confident and informed, answering every question with expertise and kindness. Marlena made all the difference in our experience.
