I regret choosing Dabella for this project. The experience was frustrating from the start. The initial salesperson was extremely pushy, and communication with the project manager was poor throughout the process. Unfortunately, the installation itself had multiple issues with the siding, and the gutters were not even fully installed when the crew considered the job complete. Their products for roofing are great! BUT the sales team is awful!! They wouldn't take NO for an answer. I told them I wanted one more quote on roof replacement before I made a decision. The 1-hour home visit turned into 3-hours. I repeatably asked them to leave and they kept bringing the costs down from the original to half!! I then got my phone ready to call the Police to get them to leave but they finally left. I then called the police and placed a complaint. Tristan did a great job of explaining the process, assessing the current conditions of our existing windows and explaining the options for replacement. He was considerate, answered all our questions and wasn't pushy for a response. One of the best sales experiences I've ever had.
