Do not return phone calls. Pool technicians come to your property high or drunk and don't clean your pool.
Website says $75 but charged me $115. Had the company for a year. Was told they would clean on Friday, if not they would be there Saturday. Constantly a no show. The last straw was 3 weeks went by with out cleaning and I would constantly have to call them to get them to show up. Was told I would receive a refund and never got one. Very unprofessional.
The Employee Daniel was doing side work and showed up drunk in the company work truck and I told him that I didn't want him doing any work because he was very intoxicated and he started arguing with me because I didn't think his boss knew he was using the company chemicals for his own benefits and he could barely talk a straight sentence so I wanted to bring this to the owners attention so he doesn't wind up with a huge lawsuit because of what a liability this the Dan guy is to the company and I have it on video if needed.
George and his team are such nice people, very responsive and good value. We have an older pool with a couple of maintenance issues and George has explained very clearly what needs to be done and takes care of it right away. Thanks George and team!
The technician who was working on my pool was professional and knowledgeable and he quickly fix the issue. The keep me updated all the time and the deserve the kudos. Keep a good work.
