They were able to respond very quickly on a Sunday afternoon but they are incredibly expensive. I paid 404 for a quick unlock door knob 😣 but they were fast just pricey.
Used Dabbs lock as a recommendation from my condo association. First service was prompt and I was told the company stands by their work and if anything goes wrong. Unfortunately my issue was not fixed. I tried scheduling an appointment and no one showed up. I called the company’s answering service multiple times (over 2 months), with no call back. Guy was super rude and very unprofessional and didn’t even get the job done. You’re better off calling someone else like Mr.Goodlock who helped me when these guys didn’t
