Out of Towners food sounds great on the menu. Fresh and ok at best. Lazy, no imagination, bland.Do they need some recipes? Or was the "chef" on a break? Beer was great. Waiter was great. place was cool. Work harder people. Food was a letdown. Press fries don't live up to hype or description. potato tacos not good at all. Come on. I think management or owner needs to get in the kitchen.
Cool bar and restaurant The Press is small and cozy but it does get crowded on the weekends. The front of the place is the bar and they have a large patio and couches inside. It's very laid back. In the back is the restaurant and the ambience there is a little more upscale with dim lighting and candles on the table. The food is really good and most dishes are under $20 each. There's usually a diverse crowd there, but if you go on the weekend get there early to avoid the line outside.
Press Restaurant is a blast This is one of my favorite bars in town. It's casual, and the crowd is diverse. Live music is played on specific days, the music varies, so check their calendar. They have the best vegan chocolate cake, and a menu for vegetarians. If you need a place to waste time, or you feel like partying, visit The Press.
Quaint and Stylish This is a nice cozy little place to go to chill, listen to music and enjoy a nice drink. The crowd can be a little pretentious but, the ambiance and the staff make it pleasant.

I had an artichoke bowtie pasta. My B/F had the surf and turf. He said that was the best steak he had in a LONG time. Im also a vegitarian, they had tons of non-meat dishes. We had a red pepper soup that was phenomenal. Service was impecable! Hopefully that is all the time, not just on Valentines! A for romance, A for charm, A for service and A+ for fo... read more
