I can honestly say that Melissa is an attorney you want on your side. I’ve called on the firm in family and criminal case. I speak from experience she will put in the time and efforts to ensure you get the best possible outcome. Explains in detail what the process will look like the possible outcomes and discuss the plan to achieve that outcome. She will most definitely fight and stand up for you regardless of it causes the other side to be upset. And most of all Melissa actually cares about her clients and the wellbeing.
Do yourself a favor and find someone else. This attorney will take your money, waste your time, and then ultimately come up with a lie as to why she can't take your divorce case anymore. For her to ask her client "are you hell bent on getting divorced" is mind blowing to me... Like Really? I don't think anyone goes to an attorney with the thought of "LeT mE wAsTe mY tiMe aND moNeY bEcAusE i'M onLy JokINg aRoUnd.." There will be a complaint filed with the MS Bar Association.
Melissa was understanding and gave me a lot of great advice on how to handle my case. Truly compationate about my circumstance.
