The seller chose a company to ******** my newly purchased home 6/27-6/30/25. After fumigation I gave a few days before I returned home. Once I returned I noticed poor workmanship: a spider I had seen before alive and well, I could hear creeks in the wall, and noticed termites with wings on my windows. As I write this, my home is being consumed by termites. AVOID DAB TERMITE at all costs!!! I purchased a property on 8/31/2021 that had been previously fumigated by DAB. The work was supposed to have a warranty, and I was supposedly covered as the new owner. Inspection was performed for the owners prior to the individual that sold you the property. You may direct your complaints to the structural pest control board at www.pestboard.ca.gov
