Rude clerk .booked told it was bulk billed then was charged and spoken down to even though I didn’t get frustrated with now being charged. Simply said can you advise the person that takes the bookings. Then dr didn’t receive the scans weeks later and had received same rude attitude over the phone .
Not willing to give them even one star. Worst experience of radiology ever in Australia in last 14 years. Worst radiology i have ever visited very very unprofessional customer service as well as healthcare too. I will never go back there it was first n last chance . Will not recommend anyone
Unprofessional & extremely disappointing for a healthcare service!!! If I could leave them a zero star review, I would. Been here on 2 separate occasions, both times my results were not sent to my doctor on time, resulting in me having to make multiple doctors appointments. On one occasion half the results were sent and the rest had to be chased up by myself & my doctor. t has been an absolute nightmare dealing with them, they reschedule your appointments at the last minute, promise your results will still be on time & they ... read more
I am extremely happy with my procedures at this clinic but the reception area needs better management. I always drop my referrals off. I had to cancel a booking and rebooked Monday. It took 35 minutes on hold to make the call! I was asked about my referral and I said they have my referral due to me having to cancel/rebook. Confirmed by receptionist that they had it. Arrived 15 mins earlier as requested, he couldn’t find my referral. Did I bring the copy they gave me? I have never had a copy for any of the drop offs. It’s pol... read more
