I called your clinic today to book an appointment, but unfortunately, the receptionist spoke to me very rudely and loudly. As patients, we are already unwell and stressed, so we deserve to be treated with patience and respect. If there were no appointments available today, she could have simply told me politely. Rude clerk .booked told it was bulk billed then was charged and spoken down to even though I didn’t get frustrated with now being charged. Simply said can you advise the person that takes the bookings. Then dr didn’t receive the scans weeks later and had received same rude attitude over the phone .
