Called them with an emergency for my son, but they kept finding reasons why they couldn’t get it done. a week later (while my son is in crisis) they still haven’t gotten back to me. When I called they said they couldn’t figure out his insurance (same insurance we use regularly. They hung up the phone on me. Tell me this is a legit clinic Because no professional place should act like this.
