I’ve been going to this shop since high school/college, back when they were in Amesbury. I just had my car towed to the Salisbury location and had them take a look at it. Jim was incredibly knowledgeable, easy to communicate with, and gave me amazing guidance on what to do next. They aren’t even able to do the repair I need there, but have continued to be incredibly helpful and aren’t even charging me for the time they spent diagnosing the issue. Always a great experience here. Gaby is very accommodating and I’ve been able to drop my car off the same day I call, and my car is typically ready to go by the next day. As a younger woman I tend to be weary of untrustworthy mechanics, but I trust this place and their prices are more than fair compared to other mechanics. I’m happy to have a local mechanic who is not only trustworthy, but cost effective and very efficient. 10/10 would recommend.
