I had a bad experience with DAA. I brought in my toyota Prius after an accident and after repairing the front end, they sent me away with a broken windshield, which was not visibly broken when I came in. I drove one block before noticing it and returned. One technician looked at it and said it was an old break (it was not broken when I brought it in), and that the claim was closed.
