I had a wonderful experience at this salon! I was new to the San Jose area and my hair desperately needed professional help. I went in on my birthday and Ms. Clyther was so kind making sure my hair needs were met, as well as explaining every step making sure I was informed. Especially since it was my first salon visit in years (my ends were a mess 🥴). I'm tenderheaded and my scalp is still sore a day later, but it was my fault for not taking better care of my ends lol I've learned my lesson! I went in at 8AM and even 12hrs ... read more
