Bunch of unprofessional. Stay away from this place. When they changed to this DaVinci entity the whole place went to hell. I tried to make an appointment and they gave some BS that first an ultrasound had to be made and then later another appointment to see the doctor. I explained that I was on pain and that I needed to see the doctor right away and that I had record already with them but they kept saying it was a new policy from the management. Waited 5 months for appointment, two days before appointment and i am told the appointment was cancelled . I requested an explanation for such an inconsiderate action to which a female by a by the name of hailey; responded, " I didn' t have to." This appointment came as a referral 7 months ago for pain management due to severe and permanent injuries to my spine and they treat their prospective patients like this!
