I used to see Liz for facial treatments and she was wonderful. However, I was given the offer of Botox at $9 a unit, because that’s what I normally pay at my regular place to get Botox. Had a great experience here. Needed oral surgery and everything went smooth. What made my customer experience extra amazing enough to come back and write a review is their billing rep Dorthy. She helped me battle my insurance to ensure that the surgery claim was finally approved. This made a huge difference for us on the bill and with her numerous emails and submitals we were able to accomplish this. I hate dealing with insurance and felt that she was such an advocate for the patient it truly meant so much!
