It’s been three weeks and only one of the two elevators is working. During peak hours, we have to wait six minutes just to get on it. The clubhouse entertainment stuff is broken and completely unusable. A lot of the gym equipment doesn’t even work. The street parking is not safe at all—it’s super dark at night. And on top of that, the laundry rooms on each floor are coin-operated, but with all these new rules, they’re not even giving us coins anymore. Honestly, it’s really frustrating and disappointing.

Esma never listens, and she is too strong to communicate, never have any patience and no customer service skill, 3 of them runs this business but one maintainance tech can not fix everything, they need to hire more techs, She is very rude and intimidating!!!!! Because of her attitude the apartment losing tenants!!!! She scares people off! No body end up liking her, everyone end up fleeing this place because of her attitude!!!!
