I have visited three of your locations: York, South Carolina; Lake Wylie, South Carolina; and Charlotte, NC. I am extremely disappointed with the lack of customer appreciation from your nail technicians. When issues arise at the end of a service, I have been met with excuses blaming it on a supposed inability to understand English.
