The place itself is good for equipment the pool what you're able to do within the facility customer service could be better and their communication could be better especially when it comes to the pool and your ability to use it and when to use it.
Nice place, nice people. They have everything except a dry sauna and steam room. Have to go to the Y in downtown Columbus for those two things.
The shorter elderly woman with gray hair, a middle aged woman with chin length brown hair, as well as a younger lady with blonde/light brown hair have been working the front desk each time I've gone; they're talking amongst themselves and have never acknowledged me when I come in, however they have other members that have come in behind me or ones that are leaving; they don't speak to me unless I address them; they're usually quite rude; I use the YMCA primarily for the pool, due to having several surgeries on my feet, to ge... read more
I swear this is the worst school I’ve ever seen. My little brother was attacked and beaten with a baseball bat. I’m really furious because the teacher just stood there, playing on the phone, and did nothing. This school is terrible. Three guys, all much bigger than my brother, held him down and beat him. I honestly have to ask, what kind of teacher does that? The teachers are awful, and I’m extremely angry about this.
