That's customer service! – I needed a cap for a wheel on my Lincoln limousine, TODAY. After hearing no don't have it, from the last 20 places I called, I finally heard yes from "Da Tire Shop". I was so excited but the time was now 4:57pm - 3 mins to close. When I told Joe I was 6 minutes away he said he would wait for me. 10 mins later I arrived and Joe and David were still there.
