After having cataract surgery and multifocal restor lens replacement and $6000 I need glasses for distance and closeup after only four years. I was never told that this might happen. Also mentioned that it would last for many years. After complaining to Drs Millstein and Van I was offered PRK at a discount rate o $1600 They totally misrepresented their product
