I was looking for a prepared meal for a family gathering of ten. As I would be serving the meal buffet style outdoors on the weekend, Jeff suggested I try the smoked beef brisket with sides. It was easy to manage this plate of dinner on my lap. The meat sliced easily and was delicious. The sides were asparagus, roasted potatoes, carrots, and corn on the cob. Da Silva catering hosted a breakfast for our charity event and they did a fantastic job! They were on time, did a wonderful job with set up/clean up, food was great, communication was excellent. Highly recommend for all events.
Highly recommend this caterer. Very easy to communicate with, listened and answered questions and was available every time I called. Very reliable and the food was delicious, well received by the group and within budget.
