This shop was fantastic! I had car trouble while on the toll road. Pulled into the shop with an idea of what was wrong. They confirmed my suspicions, explained exactly what the problem was, and promptly fixed it for a very fair price. (They had me over a barrel, and could have charged pretty much whatever they wanted.) I seriously thought about having some improptu maintenance work done, just so I could do more business with them. Plus? Coolest waiting room EVER!
Everyone was very friendly and they were extremely efficient! Our car hood was rusted and opened on the highway, and they took a look and fixed it at no cost in 5 minutes. Definitely recommend if you need any kind of help with your car!
I HAVE USED THIS BUSINESS FOR YEARS AND I CAN'T SAY ENOUGH FOR THE WORK AND HELP HE HAS OFFERED ME. IN FACT, HE WENT OUT OF HIS WAY WHEN THE DEALERSHIP WHERE I PURCHASED MY CARE REPLACED MY BATTERY AND THEY TRIED TO TELL ME HE PUT IN A DEAD BATTERY WHICH TURNED OUT TO BE A LIE. WHEN I WENT BACK TO DOBSON,''S HE INFORMED ME MY BATTERY HAD A LIFETIME 3 YEAR BATTERY GUARANTEE WHICH I DID NOT KNOW AS IT CAME FROM ADVANCE AUTO.
