Went today because of good reviews to adjust my brand new frame as it didn’t fit me well, after few minutes they came back to me and said “oh sorry it’s broken, send it for warranty from where you bought it from“ don’t recommend Hope the person in charge can see this review
First time at D&A Optometry and I loved the service! The staff were so helpful in picking out glasses. No pressure or rudeness, unlike other places where I’ve felt rushed. They gave me space to decide, which was so refreshing. I also loved their frame options for low nose bridges (saw it on their social media!), perfect for my features. This clinic was my first choice for a reason, and I’d definitely recommend them!"
Today, my husband had a sudden medical emergency, and we were fortunate to be in the care of Dr. Phillips. He was incredibly helpful during my husband’s emergency today. He responded quickly, showed great care, and made us feel at ease. We’re very grateful for his support and professionalism. Highly recommend!
