The only reason I'm giving them 2 stars is because they robbing their own people. This is ridiculous they charged me 1100 dollars to do my taxes which I didn't pay attention too last yr and I'm a repeated customer. How do you charge $800 for the taxes then $300 for filing. You guys are pretty much robbing us. H&R block charges less than 500 dollars and my family went other places with damn near the same income and no one charged them $1100.00 when you don't even get much back. If I could do 0 stars I would I paid for credit pair for them to only remove 1 thing & it came back 3 months later been over a year and my credit only has changed due to me paying for kik & self
