If you can avoid this place, do it, Dr. Patssy Rosas is the best doctor in there but from there on everything is a disaster, the place is dirty, the rest of the staff is not friendly, they do not have a drop of professionalism and the worst of all is that THEY NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE and if you leave a message they never return your calls. Very professional Jimmy,the fire fighter,paramedic is the 100%" go to guy " in the office .Always friendly and informative.He handles the equipment like a pro.And makes the office visit relaxing and painless.I will highly recommend the practice to others seeking quality care.
The staff and doctor treat you with respect and genuinely care about your well-being. The doctor takes the time to get to know you, thoroughly evaluates your situation, and ensures you feel comfortable and well cared for. Highly recommended
I have been working to follow my doctor to this practice for months. On the rare occasion I have been able to get through to the office, I cannot so much as get a simple question concerning insurance coverage answered. I'm sorry to have to give up my pracitioner, but if I cannot have confidence in this practice's ability to handle a simple professional phone call, I doubt I should trust it with my personal healthcare. But I do wish to send a shout-out to Mr. Trujillo for trying to make things work. I wish it could have.
