No call backs, no answer to forms, terrible place to rely on I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone
It was nice to find a practice who will do home calls for Primary Care. Unfortunately Dia Health has a terrible phone system, never picks up, asking you to leave a message, which is then ignored. They do not answer the patient portal messges. Getting staff to return phone calls is next to impossible. Find another primary care practice if you can't handle the frustration. We have asked to speak to Dr. Aguilar or the Clinic Admin and they refuse to call.
My daughter and I had such a great experience. Friendly staff and very quick and efficient!

They are incredibly responsive, always available, and take the time to genuinely listen and show true care in every interaction. this business never send your prioritization for your medication and very unprofessional and their office manager is very rude and has very unprofessional language and will never get back to you when you need to talk to the office to make or have a concern !!! they share your personal information to other people and they lie about things and just because you want something to get done they tell you they will not see you anymore !!!
