My experience was great. Honest and good work with a family atmosphere. Henry doesn't sell you something you don't need rather gives you options. My bike has crystal clear sound as well as bass. Best service and work I've seen and a good experience. Turn around was a week and a half for a complete audio install. 2 years later never had a single issue with the system unlike my experience in other shops.
