I had both Reiki and reflexology sessions with Zo, and both were such relaxing and calming experiences. Even though I’m not very familiar with Reiki, I felt completely at ease and supported throughout, and left feeling lighter and more balanced. The reflexology was especially soothing and grounding — I could feel the tension melting away as she worked. Zo has such a warm, gentle presence and creates a truly peaceful environment. I highly recommend Zo and will definitely be back!
Zo is an exceptional Reflexologist! Her touch is unique, delicate and so soothing. I had the best sleep in a very long time after my session with her. I highly recommend Zo and her services!

I recently came in for a reflexology session with Zo. I’ve never had a reflexology session previously and Zo was so informative in explaining what it is and how it’s meant to help me. It was such a relaxing experience, I can’t wait to book again with her in the future! Highly recommend!
