Have a brand new 2022 F150 Tremor. Had a lift installed. They put the shocks on backwards and it clearly states on the shock which way to install. Had to replace shocks bc they were blown within a month. All they had to say was “Sorry”. 10 out of 10 do not recommend this place at all. Big talkers on phone. Slow walkers on business.
0 stars, cant even torque things properly. Had them do a rotation on tires I purchased there. Ended up costing me another $1500, half of my vacation time, and nearly a major accident. Contacted them after, was told they would "take care of it" and overnight parts to the hotel I was stuck at. Box never shipped, they wanted 4x the cost. Ended up paying out of pocket (wheel studs, lug nuts, etc) and sourcing my own parts. 6 nights in a hotel, parts, labor, and personal time because of a tire rotation.
