My experiences may be biased by the amazing techs I have had on my property, but 9/10 service calls produce a quick and concrete solution, minimal down time, with professional and down to earth customer service. No sales pitches or BS here. On the more complicated calls it's usually waiting for a part from a supplier or plugging one hole in the dam for another to appear. Toby is my main contact, but everyone at DADODD has been extremely satisfactory.
Very courteous and professional service, with excellent technicians in a variety of fields. They do good work, and are happy to fix the sub par work of other contractors. Can’t recommend them enough.
One of your drivers just pulled out in front of a massive pack of traffic while turning left onto Concord Rd from a driveway in their work truck. Almost caused a huge accident. I’d remind your employees that driving a company vehicle means that the company name is visible for all to see and actions of employees reflect negatively or positively on your company based on their decisions.
