The staff and techs are fantastic! They keep me informed from start to finish. They "put the cookies on the lower shelf" so I understand when they explain the issue and the repair. Always friendly and professional. Thank you Da-Com! =)
Had some network issues with our printer due to computer changes on our side. Called up Da-Com's IT Service department, worked with Andrew, and he very patiently and expertly helped me get our system back online. Can't thank him enough because their equipment is pretty critical to our customer service function. Highly recommend Da-Com -- this was not the first time they have rescued us.
