Had an initial consultation. Promises were made to follow up. I Called and emailed a few times to no avail. They did say they booking out but I deserved an email response, it's just common curtousey. I was ready to hire, willing to enter into a design contract and willing to wait. I'm literally down the street from thier office in Swanzey. I emailed with Buddy and then Dave a few times, sent him follow up emails. We also had a video conference in regards to the project and promises of a site visit.

Andre ( I think ) came out ( exactly on time ) and looked over what I thought was a major issue, he explained everything and said that there was nothing to be concerned about. He is very knowledgeable and has vast experience.
