James has been an absolute gem. He drove me today from my hotel in Montreal to the airport. Because of traffic our trip has been quite long but we have been chatting the whole way. He is so friendly, I found out he’s been working so many hours recently and I am just blown away with how outgoing and friendly he has been. Thank you so much for a lovely ride
