I needed a new head unit and Darcy was so helpful with sending me info and photos of 2 different sized units suitable for my car. I chose the one I liked and I had some questions which Darcy patiently answered for me. Was told that installation would take an hour and he kept to that timeframe. Darcy then took the time to help me set up and sync the unit with my phone and explained the functions of the unit. Thank you Darcy for your help, service and patience.
